Ta Kung Pao: Exquisite Soft Meals - Enabling People with Swallowing Difficulties to "Enjoy Proper Meals"

As the population with swallowing difficulties continues to grow, Care Food has begun attracting public attention. While pureed meals were once the primary dietary solution, Care Food has now evolved to offer diverse options. Yung Kee Restaurant, one of the restaurants under "Care Food Incubation Scheme", has introduced eight Care Food dishes since December, including roasted goose, vegetables, buns, and desserts - all maintaining authentic flavors while meeting special dietary needs. This provides people with swallowing difficulties with variety and dignity in dining. Demonstrating co-creation values, #TheProjectFuturus has joined as a partner, providing Care Food production training and guidance.

We hope to raise broader awareness about swallowing difficulties and Care Food, encouraging cross-sector collaboration to develop the Care Food market, ultimately helping those with swallowing difficulties truly "enjoy proper meals."
