We are honored to be invited by the Chinese Culinary Institute to participate in the sharing session organized by the Chinese Culinary Institute this past Wednesday - Developing the Path to Professional Chefs: Development and Trends of Soft Food. In addition to us, this event also invited representatives from schools, restaurants, social enterprises, etc. to share knowledge about caring foods. There were also on-site demonstrations on how to prepare beautiful meals that are suitable for people with dysphagia, so that participants could understand the importance of caring foods. It’s so happy to see a group of future chefs who are so serious about their studies! ✨

We hope that through this event, we will bring the concept of caring food into schools, so that more students, especially cooking students, will understand that taste, nutrition and food texture can be achieved at the same time, so that people with dysphagia can eat with dignity! 👵👴💖
