Care Food Restaurant Scheme Introduction

HKCSS is committed to advancing the Care Food ecosystem. Following the pilot “Care Food Incubation Scheme,” HKCSS has launched the “Care Food Restaurant Scheme” to encourage the catering industry to develop Care Food dishes based on the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI), enabling people with swallowing difficulties to dine out with confidence and enjoy meals with family and friends.
