


「擁抱信念,蛻變創新」
你,還記得當初入行時的初心嗎?
每位同工當初選擇進入社福界,相信都抱著自己的信念,期望為業界帶來一點改變。同工每日營營役役、面對不同挑戰,加上時間及資源所限,往往缺乏空間反思自身的服務價值,亦較少機會與業界同工及其他領域的同路人交流經驗,跨領域的網絡和資源也難以善用。
要改變,就要尋回信念,並以新的體驗發酵。
香港社會服務聯會於2024年開展第三屆「社會福利機構創革者培育計劃」,透過個人轉化,以人本發展為重點,讓同工進行64小時(約8天)的影子實習,藉此走出熟悉的崗位,在一個全新的跨領域行業探索,參加者亦將與計劃中其他同行者共同經歷、織網及跨界別共創。
此計劃旨在以「設計思維」作為培訓框架,今屆再次邀請仁愛堂青年夢工場作為培訓夥伴,透過創革者訓練營,讓同工重新確立核心價值及工作原則,激發創革者的創新意念,突破限制及轉化,並在日常工作中回應服務群體的需求。計劃更設有「意念實踐基金」,鼓勵申請者充分發揮他們的創造力和潛力,將創新想法實踐出來。

Plan details

Innovator Training Camp
Through three training camps, participants will listen to experienced colleagues and community organizations share their insights, learn and experience design thinking , apply it in their daily work, and solve increasingly complex social problems from an innovative perspective.

Shadow Internship
Participants undergo a 64-hour (approximately 8-day) " shadow internship " at a paired host institution, allowing innovators to explore different aspects of issues from another sector's perspective through cross-disciplinary exchanges.

Gas stations offer valuable cross-institutional exchange opportunities , inviting innovators to work together to build a platform for communication and exchange , bringing together interesting people and ideas.

Additional resources enable innovators to materialize and test innovative ideas that emerge during the project, fostering more cross-disciplinary innovative ideas.
Innovators can choose to apply individually or jointly.
