意念實踐 - 「社 ‧ 藝空間」活動

Five innovators planned this "Social Arts Space" event through the "Idea Practice" fund in the plan. They hope to use their experiences and feelings of exchanges with the art and cultural circles in the project through theme sharing by a group of artists, art experience workshops (washi tape collage, alcohol ink making and story creation and painting experience) and a real-life library, so that other social welfare workers can communicate closely with artists, so as to better understand the possibility of innovation of "culture and art x social inclusion", promote co-creation, catalyze innovative ideas and cooperation between the two sectors, so as to achieve greater benefits. The project team is also happy to see that colleagues from different social welfare sectors have new insights and feelings about "art" after experiencing the activities.

As the second "Social Welfare Innovators Cultivation Program" draws to a close, in order to summarize the innovators' experiences in the program and look forward to future development directions, the program team invited the innovators and their host organizations to share their experiences on the closing day. There was also a "human library" session for guests to talk and exchange ideas with them.

Innovators Training Camp II and III

The program uses design thinking as its learning framework and focuses on the theme of "Culture and Art x Social Inclusion." Through "Innovator Training Camp II and III," participants will not only learn design thinking skills but also get to know the work of the Make a Difference team, understand three projects that connect the community through art and culture, and the process of co-creating with different community stakeholders, artists, partners, and participants. The Make a Difference team will also act as living books, discussing creative ideas and concepts with participants; and learn about the Trial and Error Lab team's seven-year journey of prototyping and testing in design activities and spaces. There will also be guided tours of cultural and creative bases and opportunities to interact with art and culture enthusiasts.

Innovator Training Camp I

Through the Innovators Training Camp I, in addition to participating in the Design Thinking workshop, community interviews will be used as an intervention method, allowing staff to visit small shops and connect with residents in the Tsing Choi Street area of Tuen Mun, putting design thinking into practice. The organization hopes that this training camp will bring staff to the brainstorming and breakthroughs, and enable participants to put their innovative ideas into practice.
