Joyful Aging Neighborhood SEN TECH Fun Day

Last Wednesday, the Care Food Working Group was invited by the Hong Kong Housing Society Caring Engaging Smart to participate in the "Joyful Aging Neighborhood SEN TECH Fun Day" at Cheerful Court in Kowloon Bay. We introduced Care Food to residents, covering Care Food levels and testing methods, and even demonstrated how to prepare Level 4 Herbed Chicken Tenderloin on-site. The goal was to help seniors gain a basic understanding of Care Food and swallowing difficulties.

The audience was highly engaged, with many residents praising our Care Food for its appetizing aroma and appealing appearance—some even said it looked delicious enough to try right away! Moving forward, we’ll continue to expand community outreach, ensuring that individuals with swallowing difficulties can enjoy meals with dignity and flavor.
