The Care Food working group recently visited Hong Kong Adventist Hospital (Stubbs Road) to communicate with the cross-department professional team🤝🏻.
Teams such as speech therapists and nutritionists shared with us the evidence-based experience of the inter-departmental professional team in applying the International Dietary Standards for Dysphagia (IDDSI) in hospitals, carefully preparing meals in line with international standards for people with dysphagia due to various factors. Take care of nutritious meals (including food and drinks at levels 0-7) to help patients get the best care during their rehabilitation☺️.
We are very happy to witness the effective implementation of the International Dietary Standards for Dysphagia (IDDSI) with the joint efforts of the cross-departmental professional team of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital, Hong Kong Adventist Hospital, so that people with dysphagia can have a safe and dignified diet🫶🏻!
