<Care Food – Home Edition: A Comprehensive Guide for Caregivers of People with Swallowing Difficulty> Launching Event

The much-anticipated <Care Food – Home Edition: A Comprehensive Guide for Caregivers of People with Swallowing Difficulty> (the "Guide"), jointly published by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) Care Food Team and the Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society, was officially released last Friday! We have invited Ms. Wong Wing-chen to host the event, showcasing dishes prepared by Mr. Lee Ming-kwai, Mr. Wong Chor-kuen, and Mr. So Man-fai, with special guest Mr. Woo Fung tasting the dishes.

Since the Guide is designed for caregivers, the launching event also features a sharing session led by Mr. Chan To-on, offering heartfelt insights into the caregiving journey and how this guide provides practical support. This guide includes 49 instructional videos – seamlessly integrated with text to deepen understanding of Care Food preparation and swallowing difficulties.

We hope that the Guide can provide more information to caregivers, helping caregivers relieve their stress and enjoy more rest time.
