【Care Food Kitchen】Creamy Crab Meat

  • 乾蔥頭 2粒 ,切碎  
  • 蒜頭 2瓣 ,切碎  
  • 蟹肉 300克  
  • 芝士碎 酌量  
  • 檸檬皮 酌量  
  • 無鹽牛油  
  • 麵粉  
  • 牛奶  



  • 2 chopped shallots   
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves   
  • 300g crab meat   
  • Shredded cheese, as desired   
  • Lemon zest, as desired  
  • Bechamel Sauce: Unsalted butter, Flour, Milk  




先做白汁 Bechamel Sauce, 在一煮鍋內加少許油預熱;加牛油;炒至消失,隨隨加入牛奶,煮至合適的黏稠度。乾蔥頭及蒜頭炒至香及熟透,加入蟹肉略炒至香,加入酌量白汁至喜歡厚度,最後加上碎芝士及檸檬皮。  



First, make the Bechamel Sauce. In a pot, heat a small amount of oil, add butter, stir until melted, and gradually add milk. Cook until thick enough. Saute the chopped shallots and garlic until fragrant and fully cooked. Add crab meat and saute until fragrant. Add the desired amount of Bechamel sauce until desired thickness. Finally, add shredded cheese and lemon zest.  



This dish follows Level 5 of the Guideline of Care Food Standard, which corresponds to Level 5 of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI).
