Event Recommendation: Care Food Banquet @ The Leaf Kitchen

Have you heard of Care Food? It refers to meals prepared using specialized cooking and processing techniques to modify food texture and the thickness of beverages, catering to individuals with varying degrees of swallowing or chewing difficulties.

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service has launched the Care Food Incubation Scheme, collaborating with restaurant partners to promote swallowing-friendly dining across communities. This initiative allows people with swallowing difficulties to enjoy Care Food at local restaurants, rediscovering the joy of eating while sharing meals with family and friends! We invite you to join our Care Food Banquet and experience the offerings at one of our Seed Restaurants. Here are the event details:
