The "Eat for Joy" Senior Food Cooking Competition 2023 has successfully concluded, and various awards will be awarded during the "Gerontech Expo and Summit" on November 25🏆. The results of the voting for the Public Love Award completed earlier have also been released. The winner was Liu Jinmei, whose entry was minced beef cooked with tomatoes and turmeric rice. The response to this voting event was quite enthusiastic, with a total of over 2,000 likes for the 8 combinations👍!

On the day of the award ceremony, we were honored to invite Mr. Andezun (King) to come to support the care food and cheer up the caregivers💪🏻! At the award ceremony, the King and the two award-winning caregivers had a conversation on the stage💬. Two caregivers shared their touching stories behind caring for a family member with dysphagia. Like many caregivers, they have experienced worry, loss, and hesitation, but with the hope that their families can eat with "joy"❤️, they have learned and studied different cooking techniques for caregivers, so that the family members can eat the dishes they want. As the King said during the dialogue session, it all stems from love 🥰!

In addition, we also invited the King and one of the star judges of the competition, Master Lei Qiyu, to teach everyone how to cook a nursing care dish - bean paste crab meat crystal jelly😋. Chef Lei shared a lot of cooking secrets, coupled with the wonderful questions and answers with the king, so that everyone present not only learned the knowledge of caring for food, but also filled the scene with joy.
