Material:  
 
 
Chicken thigh 250g (cut into no more than 1.5cm x 1.5cm)  
 
 
1 onion (cut into no more than 1.5cm x 1.5cm)  
 
 
1 carrot (cut into no more than 1.5cm x 1.5cm)  
 
 
1 American baked potato (cut into no more than 1.5cm x 1.5cm)  
 
 
Unsalted butter 25g
 
 
Flour 1-2 tablespoons  
 
 
Chicken broth 100ml 
 
 
milk 80ml

 
Ingredients:

Carrot - 1 piece  

Chop all the above in 1.5cm x 1.5cm  
 
 
Unsalted butter - 25g  
 
 
Flour - 1-2 tablespoons  
 
 
Chicken broth -100ml  
 
 
Full cream milk - 80ml  

 
Steps:

Use carrots firsthotwater烚15-20 minutes, reserve.  
 
 
in the frying pan withSauté the onions over medium heat until they are half cooked.  
 
 
Add chicken,Boil potatoes and carrots until cooked.  
 
 
Add butter, add flour after butter melts, stir-fry briefly, add chicken stock and milk, cook untilThe white sauce becomes a hero, and the sauce is turned into a low fire.
 
 
Season appropriately according to personal preference.  

 
Steps:
 
 
Season chicken with salt and pepper for30 mins, for use later.
 
 
Blanch carrots for 15-20 mins until they are tender, for uselater.
 
 
Sweat onions over frying pan until halfcooked.
 
 
Add chicken,potatoes and carrots. Continue tocook.
 
 
Add butter into the frying pan, followed by flour. Keep stirring and add broth and milk gradually. Keep stirring until a thick white sauce has been formed. Turn to lowflame.
 
 
Season to taste.
