Theme: Family Bliss
Food and ingredients:
- 300 grams of tofu
- 165g of pork shoulder
- 1 sprig of coriander
- 1 scallion
- 1 tablespoon of wheat bran
- Half a carrot
- One tomato (for decoration in non-caregiver diets)
- 60 cherry tomatoes (garnish for non-caregiver food)
- One cucumber (for decoration, not for caregivers)
Seasonings / Sauces:
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Cooking steps:
- Mash the tofu with a fork. Finely chop the carrots, cilantro, and pork, add them to the tofu, and then add the wheat bran and mix well.
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar and mix well.
- Spread evenly on a plate. Steam for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the water to evaporate.
- Garnish with tomato blossoms and cucumber slices as a side dish.
