【吞嚥練習「口部強身操」】[按第二格的影片播放示範片段]

 

如果有吞嚥困難或者是擔心自己將來會否患有吞嚥困難點算好?【社聯頻道】邀請香港大學吞嚥研究所所長陳文琪博士教大家做8個簡單的吞嚥練習,包括:嘴唇、舌頭、下巴及喉嚨肌肉的「強身操」,透過那些「強身健體」的小練習鍛練肌肉,可以令我們吞嚥時安全一點,照顧者都可以安心一點。再者,陳博士亦會教導一些簡單口腔護理小貼士,減少口腔細菌滋生,避免有細菌的唾液入到肺部。
