Black sesame and peanut glutinous rice balls (14 pieces)

 

Material:

Soft meal porridge powder 40g
Beverage Thickener 9g
Black sesame powder/sauce 1 tbsp
Peanut powder/paste 1 tablespoon
sugar 2 tsp
Sugar tablets 40g (1/2 piece)
7g ginger (2 slices)
Water appropriate amount

peanut filling

  1. Prepare 30 ml of water
  2. Add water to peanut powder/paste, and mix in 1.5 grams of drink thickener, set aside

 

black sesame filling

  1. Prepare 30 ml of water
  2. Add water to black sesame powder/sauce, and mix in 1.5 grams of drink thickener, set aside

 

Ginger syrup

  1. Boil 500 ml of cooked water, add ginger slices and sugar, and cook until the sugar dissolves in the water
  2. Separate the ginger slices, add 6 grams of drink thickener to 200 ml of ginger syrup, and set aside.

 

Making glutinous rice balls

  1. Add 240 ml (above 80 degrees) hot water to 40 grams of soft meal porridge powder
  2. Stir until even
  3. Add half of the soft meal porridge powder mixture into the round ice cube mold
  4. Place half a teaspoon of peanut/black sesame filling on top of the soft meal porridge powder mixture
  5. Place the other half of the soft meal porridge powder mixture on top of the filling and fill the ice cube mold
  6. Place the lid on the ice cube mold and press (same steps as making ice cubes)
  7. Place the ice cube mold in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 20 minutes
  8. Take out the ice cube mold, take out the glutinous rice balls, put the glutinous rice balls into the thickened ginger syrup and heat it slightly
  9. Finished serving the bowl

  2. Use monk fruit sugar or stevia sugar to replace granulated sugar and some tablet sugar:
