【Care Food Cooking Competition 2025 Nutrition talk and Care Food Tasting Experience】

Last Saturday, the Care Food Cooking Competition 2025 hosted a nutrition talk and tasting experience at Green Hub, a Care Food Incubation Seed restaurant in Tai Po. This event was designed for foreign domestic helpers who were shortlisted in the competition, and we were thrilled to have some of the employers of the contestants in attendance and learn together! We hope that through this nutrition talk and Care Food tasting experience, participants will understand that there are already Care Food dishes on the market and let them learn more about Care Food and the nutritional challenges faced by people with dysphagia!😍
Our dietitian shared with participants the nutritional needs of people with dysphagia, as well as the ingredients and nutritional value of various foods. Participants also enjoyed a hands-on cooking and Care Food tasting session. Participants can follow the chef's instructions and learn how to make a Care Food dish (Tofu Feta Cheese) and try another Care Food dish as Tofu Yogurt.😌
Participants thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, were having fun and actively asked questions. We believe this event has deepened their understanding of Care Food and nutrition and learn more as a carer. We hope it will also provide inspirations for participants to improve their recipes for the competition!💪🏻
