上星期六，照護食工作小組同基督教勵行會合作，第一次舉辦照護食工作坊俾一班外傭姐姐，而呢班外傭姐姐都係第一次接觸照護食👍🏻。一班姐姐更加喺工作坊入面學整花生湯圓同芒果腸粉𠻹，每位參加者都好投入，整得好開心啊😆！透過今次活動，佢哋對吞嚥困難同照護食都有基本嘅認識，而外傭姐姐作為照顧者，希望可以幫助到佢哋照顧吞嚥困難嘅僱主同家人😇。
Care Food Workshop x Foreign Domestic Helpers
Last Saturday, the Care Food Working Group collaborated with the Christian Action to hold the first Care Food Workshop for a group of foreign domestic helpers. This was the first time these foreign domestic helper to get in touch with Care Food.👍🏻 The participants enthusiastically learned how to make Peanut Rice Balls and Mango Rice Roll during the workshop, and everyone participated happily and enjoyed themselves.😆 Through this activity, they gained a basic understanding of swallowing difficulties and Care Food. As caregivers, hope they can use the knowledge to take care of their employers and their families with dysphagia.😇
