Dish: Bo Jun Yi Xiao Shrimp and Hash Pancakes (Expected Level 5)

Dishes: Shrimp Hash Brown to Bring You a Smile (Expect to reach level 5)

Shrimp and potato cakes

- Food and ingredients:

- 230g potatoes

- 230 grams of shrimp

- 30 grams of carrot

- Half a bell pepper of each color

- 1 item

- 3 slices of ginger

- 10 grams of coriander

- A small amount of red pepper

Seasonings and sauces:

- Half a teaspoon of fine salt

- One teaspoon of sugar

- Half a teaspoon of chicken powder

- A pinch of pepper

A few drops of sesame oil

- Four teaspoons of cornstarch

Cooking method:

1. Wash the potatoes, blanch them in boiling water until cooked, peel them, and mash them into mashed potatoes while they are still hot.

2. Wash the carrots, cut them into small pieces, and blanch them until cooked.

3. Wash the scallions and ginger, blanch them in boiling water until cooked, then remove them from the water. Next, blanch the washed shrimp and cilantro in the ginger and scallion water for 5 seconds to remove the fishy smell.

4. Mash the shrimp into a paste, and chop the coriander.

5. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl, add salt, sugar, cornstarch (three teaspoons), chicken powder, pepper, and sesame oil, and mix well. Then, coat your hands with cornstarch (one teaspoon) and divide the dough into eight equal portions.

6. Preheat a frying pan over low heat, add a teaspoon of oil, and then place small dough balls one by one into the pan. Use a spatula to flatten the dough balls, and then cook over low heat until both sides are golden brown before serving.

Black pepper sauce

Material:

- 3 grams of ground black pepper

- 10 grams of flour

- 5 grams of milk powder

- 10 grams of oil

- 100 ml of water

practice:

1. Preheat a dry wok over low heat and sauté the ground black pepper until fragrant.

2. Preheat the oil in a wok over low heat and stir-fry the flour until cooked.

3. After the water boils, add ground black pepper, flour and milk powder, stir quickly until dissolved and thickened.

Platter

1. Wash the three-color peppers, chop them finely, cook them, and use them as a garnish for the side of the plate.

2. Wash the red bell pepper and place it on the dish as a garnish.

Shrimp Hash Brown

Ingredients:

- Potatoes 230g

- Shrimps 230g

- Carrot 30g

- Bell pepper each half

- Scallion 1 pc

- Ginger 3 slices

- Coriander 10g

- Red bell pepper A little

Seasoning and Sauce:

- Fine salt 0.5 tsp

- Sugar 1 tsp

- Chicken powder 0.5 tsp

- Pepper A little

- Sesame oil A little

- Cornstarch 4 tsp

Cooking Method:

1. Wash the potatoes, boil them in boiling water and peel them. While they are hot, mash them into puree and set aside

2. Wash the carrot, cut into fine pieces, and set aside until cooked

3. Wash the scallion and ginger and put them in boiling water and simmer them until cooked. Drain them. Then put the washed shrimps and coriander into the ginger and scallion water and boil them for 5 seconds to remove the grassy smell

4. Blend the shrimp into shrimp paste and finely chop the coriander

5. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl, add salt, sugar, cornstarch (three teaspoons), chicken powder, pepper and sesame oil, mix well, then dip your hands in cornstarch (one teaspoon) and divide the dough into eight equal parts share

6. Preheat a frying pan over low heat, add a teaspoon of oil, then add small dough balls one by one; use a spatula to flatten the dough, fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown, and serve on a plate

Black pepper sauce

Ingredients:

- Crushed black pepper 3g

- Flour 10g

- Milk powder 5g

- Oil 10g

- Water 100ml

Cooking Method:

1. Preheat a dry wok over low heat and fry the crushed black pepper until fragrant

2. Preheat a wok with oil over low heat and fry the flour until cooked

3. After the water comes to a boil, add crushed black pepper, flour and milk powder, stir quickly and wait until it dissolves and thickens

Plating

1. Wash the bell peppers, cut into thin pieces, and serve as a garnish on the side of the dish

2. Wash the red bell peppers and garnish on dishes
