Dish: Blessing. Rainbow of Life (Level 4)

Theme: Rainbow After the Rain

Food and ingredients:

  • 4-5 mangoes
  • Blueberries ( 125g ) 4-5 boxes
  • Strawberries ( 250g ) 3-4 boxes
  • Greek-style pure cheese ( 500g ) 2-3 boxes
  • appropriate amount of coagulating powder

Seasonings / Sauces:

  • Sugar as needed

Decorative foods for non-caregivers:

  • 1-2 packs of Vitasoy biscuits
  • Butterfly pea flower (water) + 100ml agar jelly (as needed)
  • Edible fresh flowers in appropriate amounts
  • Fruits (such as cherries, strawberries, oranges, lemons, limes, mint leaves, etc.) in appropriate amounts
  • Other ornaments as needed

Cooking steps:

  • Wash the fruit ( strawberries / blueberries ) with scallop powder.
  • Peel and dice the mango, then blend it into juice / pure . Add an appropriate amount of gelling powder and let it cool slightly until it solidifies.
  • Chop strawberries into small pieces and blend into juice / pure . Add an appropriate amount of gelling powder and let it cool slightly until it solidifies.
  • Chop blueberries into small pieces, add a little sugar, boil until cooked, strain through a sieve , add an appropriate amount of gelling powder , and let cool slightly until solidified.
  • A rainbow effect is created by layering Greek cheese and different fruits into the mold.
