Cuisine: Delicious Taiwanese Dishes (Braised Pork Rice, Crab Omelet, Oyster Omelet) (Expect to reach level 6)
Braised pork rice
Food and ingredients:
- 1 pound of lean pork
- A small amount of chopped scallions
- A little garlic
- A little bit of scallion
- Appropriate amount of white jelly powder
- 400 ml of water
Seasonings and sauces:
- Soy sauce (appropriate amount)
- A suitable amount of dark soy sauce
- Rice wine (appropriate amount)
- Rock sugar water (appropriate amount)
- Five-spice powder (appropriate amount)
Cooking steps:
1. Add lean pork to a wok and stir-fry until the pork fat is rendered.
2. Pour in rice wine and rock sugar water, add chopped scallions, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
3. Add soy sauce and stir well, then add 400 ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
4. Add minced garlic to the pot and stir well. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
5. Finally, blend in a blender, heat, and add agar-agar powder in the correct proportions.
Braised Pork Rice
Ingredients:
- Lean pork 1 catty
Onion diced a little
- Garlic a little
- Onion a little
- White Grass Jelly appropriate amount
- Water 400ml
Seasoning and Sauce:
-Light soy sauce appropriate amount
- Thick soy sauce appropriate amount
-Rice wine appropriate amount
- Rock sugar syrup appropriate amount
- Five spice powder appropriate amount
Cooking Method:
1. Put the lean pork in a wok and stir-fry until lard comes out.
2. Pour in rice wine, rock sugar syrup, add onion diced, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
3. Pour in soy sauce and stir well, add 400 ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat
4. Add minced garlic to the wok and mix well, cover the wok and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
5. Finally, crush it in a blender, heat it, and add white grass jelly in proportion.
Crab-like
Food and ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 2 red crabs
- 1 block of tofu
- Konjac powder (appropriate amount)
Seasonings and sauces:
- Soy flour (appropriate amount)
Cooking method:
1. Separate the egg whites and yolks, heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the egg whites and cook over low heat until done. Remove from heat and serve.
3. After the crab is cooked, remove the meat, add the crab roe and blend in a blender, then heat and add konjac powder in the correct proportion.
4. Boil crab shells in oil, then add cornstarch water and cook into a sauce. Set aside.
5. Place the tofu and egg white in the middle, then the crab meat on top, and finally drizzle with crab sauce to finish.
Crab Omelet
Ingredients:
- Egg white 3pcs
- Coral Crab 2 Pcs
- Tofu 1 pcs
-Konjac powder Aprropriate amount
Seasoning and Sauce:
-Soy flour Appropriate amount
Cooking Method:
1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks, heat oil in a pan,
2. Add egg whites, stir-fry over low heat, and serve
3. After the crab is cooked, remove the crab shell, put the crab meat into a blender crush it, heat it, and add konjac powder in proportion.
4. Boil the crab shells in oil, add soy flour liquid to cook until it becomes sauce, and set aside.
5. Put tofu on the bottom, egg whites in the middle, crab meat on top, and top with crab sauce to finish.
Oyster omelet
Food and ingredients:
- Half a catty of oysters
- Konjac powder (appropriate amount)
- 3 egg yolks
Seasonings and sauces:
- Haishan Sauce
- Fish sauce, as needed
- A suitable amount of pepper powder
Cooking method:
1. Heat oil in a wok, then chop the oysters in a blender.
2. Add konjac powder and pan-fry until slightly browned.
3. When the batter has slightly solidified, add the egg yolk mixture.
4. Fry until slightly dry, then add seaweed sauce.
Oyster Omelet
Ingredients:
- Oyster 300g
- Konjac powder Appropriate amount
- Egg yolk 3pcs
Seasoning and Sauce:
-Sweet chili bean sauce Appropriate amount
- Fish Sauce Appropriate amount
-Pepper powder Appropriate amount
Cooking Method:
1. Heat the oil pan and smash the oysters in a blender.
2. Add konjac powder and fry until it changes color slightly.
3. When the batter is slightly solidified, add the egg yolk liquid.
4. Fry until slightly dry and then add sweet chili bean sauce.
