Material:
- Two shallots, chopped
- Mince 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 grams of crab meat
- Shredded cheese as desired
- Lemon peel (as needed)

- Bechamel Sauce: Unsalted butter, Flour, Milk
practice:
First, make the Bechamel Sauce. Preheat a little oil in a saucepan; add butter and sauté until dissolved. Then add milk and cook until the desired consistency is reached. Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant and cooked through. Add crab meat and sauté briefly until fragrant. Add the Bechamel Sauce to your desired thickness. Finally, top with shredded cheese and lemon zest.
