Material

Eggplant meat:900g

Yao Zhu:20g (dry body plan)

Shrimp:200g

Longliu:300g

Chicken soup:220g

 

Seasoning

Salt: a little

  • Soak the scallops until soft, cut the scallops into pieces and set aside.

 

  • Peel the eggplant, cut into dice size, place on a plate, sprinkle a little salt on the surface and set aside.
