Dishes: Overload Steamed Egg and Tofu (level 5)
Food and ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 100 grams of firm tofu
- 30 ml of milk
- 3 shrimp
- 1 piece of chicken breast
- 60 grams of carrot
- 40 grams of broccoli
Seasonings and sauces:
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
Cooking method:
- Marinate the chicken breast and shrimp, then pan-fry until cooked through. Blend in a food processor until smooth and set aside.
- Steam the carrots and broccoli for 5 minutes, then chop them finely.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes, fry until cooked, then crush the tofu into small pieces.
- Mix the minced prawns, chicken, and tofu with the seasonings in a bowl and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Mix eggs, milk, and salt together.
- Pour the egg mixture into the mold, then add the remaining ingredients and steam for 12 minutes.
- It can be served after cooling.
Ingredients:
- Large egg 2 pcs
- Firm tofu 100g
- Milk 30ml
- Shrimp 3 pcs
- Chicken breast 1 pc
- Carrot 60g
- Broccoli 40g
Seasoning and Sauce:
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Cornstarch 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Method:
- Marinate chicken and shrimp then pan fry. When cooked, mince it using a food processor and set aside.
- Steam carrot and broccoli for 5 minutes. Then mince.
- Slice the tofu into smaller cubes to pan fry then mince.
- Mix all the condiments in a bowl, then pour in the minced shrimp, chicken and tofu. Transfer in a pan and simmer in a low heat for 5 minutes.
- Beat egg with milk and salt until well combined.
- Then pour the egg mixture in a molder together with the rest of the ingredients and steam for 20 minutes.
- Cool down and serve.
