Rice

Material:

White rice 100g

Thickening powder 4.5g

Water 200ml

 

Production steps:

1. Put the rice, thickening powder and water into the blender and blend for about 2 minutes or more until there are no particles and it becomes smooth.

2. Put the rice paste into the pot and heat it for about 3 minutes while stirring until it becomes liquid.

3. Place the liquid white rice paste on the bowl and let it sit for about 1 minute to solidify.

 

Ribs

Material:

Pork Ribs 100g

Seasoning

Garlic 13g

Smoking 1g

Oyster sauce 13g

Sesame oil 1g

Salt 1g 

Sugar 1g 

Wine 7g

White pepper appropriate amount

⾖Soybean Appropriate amount

Thickening powder 4g

Water 150ml

 

Production steps:

1. Stir the pork ribs seasoning and marinate for at least half an hour.

2. Put the ribs, thickening powder, water/or chicken stock into the blender and stir

Leave it for at least 1 minute, until there are no more particles and it becomes smooth.

3. The pork ribs paste is stirred and set aside.

4. Adjust the heat to medium-low and put the pork ribs into the pot.

5. Stir constantly and cook until liquid. Pour the liquid batter into the spareribs mold.

6. After completion, leave it for about 1-2 minutes before pouring it into the mold.

7. You can use a scraper to scoop up the soft ribs meal, place it on the white rice care food, and you are done.

 

Phoenix

Material:

Phoenix 38g

Seasoning

Sweet sauce 7g

Zhuhou Sauce 1g

⾖Banjiang 1.6g 

Minced garlic 13g 

sugar 1g

Appropriate amount of pepper 

Oyster sauce 13g 

Soy sauce 7g

Shaoxing wine 7g

Corn flour 3g

Thickening powder 2.5g

Water 150ml

Light soy sauce (can be heated) 6g

Oil 4g

Coagulation powder 1.5g

 

Production steps:

1. Stir in the phoenix seasoning and marinate for at least half an hour

2. Put the chicken feet, thickening powder and water into a blender and blend for about 2 minutes or more until there are no particles and it becomes smooth.

3. Put the chicken feet paste into the pot and cook until it becomes liquid while stirring.

4. Place the liquid chicken feet paste on the chicken feet mold, leave it for about 2 minutes to solidify, then invert the mold and place it on the white rice care food to complete.
