<Fresh Huaishan wolfberry and snail lean meat soup>Recipe

  • A small branch of fresh yam mountain (make an appointment280gram)
  • Two chilled large snails (make an appointment200gram)
  • pig show300gram
  • Wolfberry15gram
  • Three dried scallops
  • One fig
  • ginger slices several pieces



  1. Boil pork belly and rattle snails with ginger slices and set aside. Frozen snails must be brushed and their internal organs removed .
  2. Wash the wolfberries and set aside, soak the dried scallops for half an hour. Peel and cut fresh yam into pieces.
