[Council of Social Services Channel] Invite Chef Johnson, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Chef of Social Enterprise Online Cooking Co., Ltd., to demonstrate cooking the Western-style care food "Honey Ham Spinach Water Cake", so that the elderly and people with swallowing difficulties can continue to try different types of dishes. In the past, people with dysphagia might have been afraid to eat because they were worried about the risk of choking, so Johnson created innovative Western dishes for nursing care and made beautiful-looking water cakes, allowing them to re-experience delicious food from all over the world.
Ingredients: 4 eggs, half a bowl of water, 100g spinach, 4 slices or 100g ham, minced garlic, honey, salt, sugar, black pepper
Steps:
1. Beat the eggs well, add water and mix well, then steam for about 10 minutes. Take it out and use a mold to cut out a round egg cake.
2. Wash the spinach and cut it into sections. Saute the minced garlic in oil until fragrant, then stir-fry the spinach (you can add appropriate amount of salt and sugar), take it out and beat into puree. Set aside.
3. Cut the ham slices into small pieces, add a little oil and saute until fragrant (you can add a little black pepper).
4. After sautéing until fragrant, take out and puree, then slowly add about two spoons of honey, stir evenly and set aside.
5. First put a layer of steamed egg cake on the bottom, then slowly add minced ham and spinach, and finally add a layer of steamed eggs to complete.
Tips for caring for food: Please eat the water cake as soon as possible after making it to avoid water from leaving the food for too long.
