Care Food Promotion: In this first Care Food Cooking Competition, our goal is to raise awareness among the public about different types of Care Food and cooking methods.

Nurturing the Next Generation of Chefs: Collaborating with VTC International Culinary Institute, we are involving culinary students as participants, empowering them to understand and prepare Care Food. This initiative aims to equip them with the knowledge to offer diverse dietary solutions for individuals with dysphagia in the future.
