Introduction
HKCSS has all along been actively promoting the development of Care Food, and has been working with different stakeholders to build a sustainable Care Food ecosystem through co-creation. Following the success of last year's “Care Food Around You 2024” which has gained wide attention from various sectors of the community, we will launch ”Care Food Around You 2025”. Through a series of community education and promotional activities, we will link up with different Care Food partners and organizations to provide diversified food choices for people with dysphagia in different districts through capacity building and collaboration, so as to bring back the joy of food to everyone.
"Care Food Around You 2025” spans over half of the year and includes a wide range of Care Food promotions, public education and industry engagement activities, etc. It aims to promote the development of the Care Food ecosystem, and at the same time, complement the strategy of the silver economy to expand the market in two major areas, namely, silver consumption and the silver industry.
