Material: 

Red bean puree: 450g cooked red beans, 450ml water, 6.8g soft meal enzyme powder

Tangyuan skin: glutinous rice porridge 500gramSoft meal enzyme powder 10gram

Ginger juice:  Ginger soup 200mlThickening powder 4gram

How to make red bean paste:

 

1. Stirring: Put the red beans, soft meal enzyme powder and water into the blender, stir for about2minutes or more, until no particles become slippery.

2. Heating: Put the stirred red beans into the pot and heat while stirring for about3Minutes, heat until boiling and liquid.

3.Shaping: Place the heated red beans on the iron plate and place for about2-3After a few minutes of solidification, cut into small pieces and place on a plate for later use.

 

How to make glutinous rice balls skin:

1. Stirring: Put glutinous rice porridge, soft meal enzyme powder and water into the blender, stir for about2minutes or more, until no particles become slippery.

2. Heating: Put the stirred glutinous rice porridge into the pot and heat it while stirring for about3Minutes, heat until boiling and liquid.

3.Shaping: Place the heated glutinous rice porridge on multiple semicircular molds, and then gently place a small piece of Chibeile red bean in the center of the dumpling. Then cook hot glutinous rice porridge, add a layer of liquid glutinous rice porridge to each glutinous rice ball, and let it sit for about2Minutes to solidify.

 

How to make ginger juice:

Add the thickening powder to the ginger soup that is being stirred, stir until it becomes honey-like, and then sprinkle it on the plated nursing food to complete.

 

Tips:

1. Soak the red beans overnight in advance, add a little sugar and cook until hot.

2. Add water to glutinous rice in advance(by1:6Proportion)After soaking in water for one night, put it in a pot and cook for about half an hour to make glutinous rice porridge.
