Material:

Red pepper part: 200g red pepper, 50ml water, 5g soft meal enzyme powder

Sweet and Sour Pork: 200g pork (fried/fried), 400g water, 9g soft meal enzyme powder

Sauce: 100 ml sweet and sour juice, 1.5 g liquid coagulation powder
