Cooking time: about 20 minutes

Serving size: 3-4 people

 

Material: 

100 grams of tofu, about 50 grams of smooth dace (boneless), 1 egg, 4 water chestnuts (peeled and chopped)

 

Seasoning:

A little salt, a little sugar, a little pepper a little

 

practice:

  1. Use a blender to mix the tofu, dace fish, eggs, chopped water chestnuts, a little salt, sugar, and pepper to taste. Mix evenly according to the dietary level required by the individual. Make sure the fish is smooth and boneless, and then put it evenly on the plate.
  2. After gently smoothing the surface of the mixed materials, steam them in boiling water for about 10minute.
  3. After steaming, pour away the excess water in the dish.
  4. You can add spinach puree for decoration according to personal preference.
