【Event Recommendation】 New Vegetarian "Twist": Swallowing Difficulties & Care Food Workshop @ Vegetarian Food Asia 2025

In recent years, vegetarianism has become part of many people's daily lives. But have you ever thought about how to adapt vegetarian dishes into Care Food suitable for individuals with swallowing difficulties?

This Sunday (February 23), the Care Food Working Group will participate in the Vegetarian Kitchen segment of Vegetarian Food Asia 2025. We’ll share essential knowledge about swallowing difficulties and Care Food, and our Care Food Star Ambassador, Johnson, will demonstrate two innovative and delicious vegetarian Care Food dishes.
